Catha Remington of Carolina One Real Estate

Catha Remington relocated her family to Mount Pleasant in 2002 and went to work making her new community her home. Having previously been a Realtor for five years in New Jersey, she subsequently chose to transfer her license to South Carolina.

Remington considers real estate a personal service industry that provides an avenue for her passion to help others by offering a highly professional and relationship-oriented experience. Her motto is “Committed to service; committed to you,” and she strives to put it into practice on a daily basis by her continual concern for her clients’ welfare and her acute attention to detail. Remington chose Carolina One because she admired its strong code of ethics and the added values it offers in terms of continuing education and training programs. Her generous and charitable nature also led to her to working with numerous local nonprofits in the area. Because her personal charities play such a big part in her life, she appreciates and values Carolina One’s extensive community involvement.

Remington holds several prestigious real estate designations: CRS – Certified Residential Specialist; GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute; ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative; CNE – Certified Negotiations Expert; and SFR – Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative.

Remington’s first love is her family – Natalie, age 5, and twins Charleigh and Will, age almost 2, are the children of Catha’s youngest daughter, Kelly, and her husband Chris. Her eldest daughter, Lindsay, and Jim live in Florida.
