Brightway Insurance Agency Owner Jenny McKenzie knows numbers, and she’s an experienced business woman. Her clients have an advantage because not only is she an expert at providing reliable, cost-effective coverage, but she also cares about making a difference.
“I opened The McKenzie Agency because I wanted to help others, and what better way than by helping them protect their home, valuables and livelihood?” she said.
Brightway is the seventh-largest independent agency in the nation, giving McKenzie and her team access to hundreds of insurance carriers. In addition, they receive corporate support, only maintain relationships with highly rated carriers and receive support from other agency owners. “We are a huge family,” McKenzie added.
Creating long-lasting and trusting relationships with clients is a priority for The McKenzie Agency. “We get to know our clients and help them with whatever life throws their way.”
Policies include home, auto, pet, flood, condo, renters, motorcycle, RV, boat, personal articles and “umbrella coverage to fill in the gaps between different policies.”
After earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Flagler College, McKenzie worked for nearly two decades as an accountant and process-management consultant for small business owners. She and her husband, Bret, moved to Mount Pleasant to enjoy the wonderful outdoor activities.
