Marie Pohlman is relatively new to the real estate profession, yet her experience and attention to detail is not. A graduate of Clemson University and a native to South Carolina with a wide professional network, she has taught school in Dorchester District II for nearly two decades.
“About a year ago, I decided to change careers to one that I had considered for many years,” explained Pohlman. “It allows me more time with my two children, and my husband is a contractor, so it was a natural transition for us.”
Upon the recommendation of a friend, Pohlman joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and became a Realtor®.
“My background in utilizing technology in my previous career is perfect for the progression the real estate market has been taking. I am organized, genuine and I love being able to help people,” shared Pohlman.
Working the entire tri-county area, Pohlman has had a very successful first year and looks forward to a great future.
“I am open to working the entire Lowcountry and will work hard for each and every client.”
Pohlman and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represent residential as well as much sought-after land properties.
“My dedication to helping you sell your current home and finding the perfect home, along with my persistence, will pave the way for a smooth transition for you and your family,” stated Pohlman.
