After embarking on her real estate career in 1997, Sandra Patrick established her own firm five years later, known as Professional Real Estate Closers, LLC. She soon branched out to offer services to real estate agents throughout the Lowcountry.
Patrick’s business model allowed her to be an independent closing coordinator, integrating her skills and expertise with the businesses of individual agents. Lowcountry C2C offers dedicated and focused closing support to clients who seek to avoid the cost and hassle involved in hiring a full-time assistant.
In 2019, Patrick merged her company with a national closing services firm that provides services using technology, as well as a hands-on approach. Her team’s clients-first approach has stood the test of time in all types of markets. Lowcountry C2C currently provides an ideal closing experience for agents and firms throughout the Charleston area.
Patrick is now recognized by real estate agents, attorneys, paralegals and lenders as an expert in the logistics of the closing process. She frequently speaks to these groups, offering ideas and tools to help agents focus on making sales and generating revenue, while delegating closing details to an expert partner.
A native of Hanahan, Patrick attended the University of South Carolina and holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from College of Charleston. She and her husband Dennis have two children, Paul-David and Eleanor, and the family can often be found boating on the local waters or horseback riding. Patrick also trains in Shaolin-Kempo karate at Masters Studios, where she is a fourth degree black belt.
