Ann L. Fleming has been a powerhouse in the accounting and tax profession for 20 years. With a broad background in taxation, representing major clients and their owners in the energy, real estate, professional services and manufacturing market, she began her career while she was a single mother.
“I knew I would always be able to find employment with these credentials,” explained Fleming.
Now she is one of only 250 certified public accountants credentialed to represent clients in the U.S. Tax Court, which gives her unique insight that proves invaluable when defending tax cases.
“Holsinger is not like other accounting firms,” said Fleming. “We think outside the box and excel at client service. I specialize in tax consulting, which includes tax preparation for businesses and individuals.”
Whether small or large tax audit cases, including representing clients with international operations, Fleming enjoys working one-on-one with business owners.
“The biggest misconception is that taxes are boring. One Tax Court judge said that there should be a reality show about the crazy circumstances people get themselves into,” Fleming concluded.
