CW: What do you all love about working at Gentle Family Dentistry?
Koenig: “Over the years, I have been thankful for many things at this office. Right now, I would say that Dr. Bottone, the staff I work with and the patients I serve are at the top of my list.”
Iaconeta: “Working with great people who are professional and that have the same goals of delivering the utmost dental care.”

CW: How do you work together successfully?
Bloomer: “We are like family and care about each other and the practice.”
Self: “Being a true team member and helping each other out, whatever needs to be done.”

CW: How has the past year’s challenges changed you all?
Koenig: “We have had to operate at the top of our game while managing a global pandemic personally and professionally. It has made us more adaptable and less stuck in our ways.”
Bottone: “COVID-19 has introduced many new challenges, but our safety protocol has always been in place. We now have heightened awareness of the importance of those protocols.”

CW: Give us some success tips for someone just starting out in dentistry.
Reigart: “Treat patients as you want to be treated, be honest and sincere and follow through with communications.”
Bloomer: “Work together as a team. Share responsibilities, and respect your coworkers.”
Koenig: “Spend time honing your interpersonal relationship skills. You will need them to adapt to the ever-changing climate of patients, coworkers and dentistry.”
