“The new Women and Weights program is a group exercise program designed to help women, who consider themselves beginners, learn and understand how their bodies move and how to utilize the equipment in the weight room. The goal of this program is to educate women, no matter their age, on how to work safely and effectively to achieve their fitness goals,” said Chrissie Wojciechowski, clinical exercise program coordinator.
