Chari Karinshak became a real estate professional in 2007 after a successful career in sales and operating a small business. She grew up on a farm in Georgia, but she considers the South Carolina Lowcountry home. She met her husband, David, while attending the University of South Carolina. The couple moved to Charleston in 1993 and were married in 1995. They couldn’t have imagined a better place to raise their family.

Yvette Grist brings energy, integrity and Southern hospitality to every transaction. Born and raised in Charleston, her knowledge of the neighborhoods, waterways and history of the area is extensive. She attended the College of Charleston and received a graduate degree from the University of South Carolina. Yvette started her real estate career in 2007 and has extensive new home and construction experience.
Yvette and her husband Andy are widely recognized in the East Cooper area. Recently retired, Coach Andy was a much-loved and respected youth soccer coach with a career spanning almost 30 years. Yvette will be the first to tell you that Charleston is the best place in the world to grow up, attend college, get married, raise a family and retire.
Franne Schwarb and her late husband Mark met in New York City and married in 1971. By 1978, their family of five had settled in the Atlanta suburbs. She began her real estate career there, in 1991, after being a stay-at-home mom.
In 1996, Franne’s husband took a job in Charleston, and she brought her real estate expertise to the Lowcountry. She was a site agent at Dunes West, selling lots and collaborating with custom builders. When Dunes West changed owners, she went to general brokerage and has been helping people move for over 30 years.
