Kimberly Lease has a rather simple yet very successful philosophy for doing business in the Charleston area as a real estate agent. It’s all about the client.

“My greatest satisfaction is making my clients happy and finding them their dream home,” said the 17-year veteran of the industry, who maintains offices in Mount Pleasant, West Ashley and Summerville. She also works from her home on James Island.

A graduate of Clemson University, the Century 21 Properties Plus independent agent is one of the most respected Realtors in the Charleston area and in the state. She is the president-elect of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and is a director for the South Carolina Association of Realtors. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).

“I also believe one of my strengths is my diversity, the fact that I have a deep understanding of so many areas around Charleston. I can find my clients the home they are looking for, if not in one area then in another,” she said.
