“I love meeting new people, especially newcomers to the area, to show them around town and get them excited about Charleston,” Cox, a transplant from Columbia, South Carolina, explained. Cockfield, also from Columbia originally, lives by the motto of “Live Lowcountry” and truly believes that the beauty of our area is what lures new residents time and time again.

“There are so many wonderful things about Charleston and its surrounding areas, and I love getting to share that with others,” she said.

When they’re not busy helping clients find their dream homes, both women enjoy spending time with their families – with five children between them – soaking up all that Charleston has to offer.
