A seasoned wedding planner with over 10 years of experience, Holly Simpson is accomplished in developing strong relationships built on trust, mutual respect and exceeding high expectations.

“My couples would call about a year after saying ‘I do’ to tell me they were moving to Charleston. I decided that I was there for them on the biggest day of their lives, so why not help them with their biggest investment?” she asked.

Simpson’s previous experience as a wedding planner prepared her for real estate. Well versed in turning her clients’ vision into reality, working in high pressure situations and walking clients through heightened emotional decisions, she transitioned into the real estate industry with ease. Recently, she was honored with the “Rookie of the Year” award from her brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Southern Coast Real Estate.

A single mom of two adorable girls, Simpson draws inspiration from her two “junior sales agents” and credits them as the reason she works so hard.

She recently attended a conference in San Antonio and was inspired to contribute a portion of her sales to the Sunshine Kids, a nonprofit that provides group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients.
