As a full-time Realtor with time demands and constraints, Bantz heads up a team dedicated to best serving clients in Charleston, Dorchester, Berkeley, Orangeburg and Colleton counties.

“We never pigeon-hole ourselves to a price range or location,” Bantz elaborated. “We serve our clients wherever they choose to live.”

Bantz’s Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate is ranked in the top 1 percent of all agents within the network, receiving the Chairman’s Circle Award annually since 2005; the Real Estate Legend Award in 2015; and being a Accredited Luxury Home Specialist. She has also received the Executive Circle Award from the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors since 2000.

Bantz has been married to her high school sweetheart, Don, for 40 years. They love spending time with their adult sons and their growing families. In the off-season, Jana and Don love to travel, searching out new locations to explore each year.
