Lora Goolsby is a good listener, and, as a Realtor with Carolina One, that attribute has served her well in her three-and-a-half years in the profession.
“I try to listen more than talk,” the Mount Pleasant resident and former insurance agent said. “That allows me to determine exactly what my clients’ desires and needs are.”
Goolsby was a bit apprehensive about making the jump from Palmetto Christian Academy, where she was working at her children’s school, to real estate. She explained that her career change was made easier by the fact that she “just went into it head first.”
She added, “I am constantly acquiring more education, and Carolina One has an excellent teaching program that has helped immensely.”
A member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, Goolsby has achieved a Gold Level of Excellence from Carolina One. She relies on her strong faith, “to help me determine the right path to take for my clients.”
