Sandra Patrick of Lowcountry C2C

Sandra Patrick, owner and closing coordinator at South Carolina C2C, is a native of Hanahan who began her real estate career with a local office in the late 90s after attending both the University of South Carolina and College of Charleston.

After working exclusively in coordinating closings for many years and recognizing a great closing as the missing key component to successful sales, she knew agents needed an experienced partner to help them get closings to a speedy and smooth conclusion. So she launched her full-service real estate transaction management company in 2002.

According to Patrick, “our mission is to help you maximize your time to grow your business while we prepare your paperwork, ensure you meet contingency deadlines and help you close transactions on time.”

Relaying what led her to these perceptive conclusions, Patrick said, “I believed in what I was doing, and I knew it was a marketable idea for Realtors. Realtors work very hard for their clients, and when they hire us, they can grow their business, and we can help their clients get the best contract to closing experience.”
