Ashley Jackson started her journey after surviving sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP), a rare feat that turned her biggest insecurity of epilepsy into her biggest strength. Learning about her inner beauty and resilience gave her the courage to break into the beauty industry, and when she had the opportunity to buy a bright pink ice cream truck, she knew exactly her niche in the scene. Converting the ice cream truck into a mobile spray tanning bus, Jackson launched Monaco Glow, a mobile spray tanning salon.

Her health journey and advocacy led her to grant a wish for a 17-year-old girl. Knowing the difficulties of finding and retaining employment that people with epilepsy face, Jackson hired her as a caretaker for their studio. Monaco Glow takes pride in turning dreams into reality, uplifting women and embracing what makes each person unique.
Fostering deep connections with their clients enabled them to launch their own skincare product line and begin the development of Spray Light, a patented spray gun with a light built in to guarantee the perfect spray tan. Soon, they hope to reach more vibrant cities on the East Coast and make their expert mobile tanning services available to more women.
